At RobotDesigns, we love trying new things. If you have an idea for what would make a good accessory for your robot or if you would like design changes to suit your needs, let us know! We are happy to discuss these changes and will do our best to build the one-of-a-kind robot you want. We have years of experience with what works and what doesn't on mobile platforms. If a customization idea isn't going to work well, we would rather tell you that than to take your money and have you be unhappy with your purchase.

You can be involved as little or as much as you want in the design of your robot. Tell us, "build me something that will make my friends jealous" if you want. We can certainly do that. Tell us the exact dimensions, wheelbase, and battery technology you want. We can do that, too, or anything in between.

Below are examples of customizations we have done in the past. Maybe this will give you ideas about what is possible for your robot.

Attach volleyball launcher
Create an interface between the robot and a cell phone. Cell phone could be used to drive the robot, change music and volume, and have the robot speak.
Add two seats so the customer could ride on the robot
Add a camera system so you can transmit a "robo-cam" to your phone or over the internet
Build a trailer that is pulled by the robot. Trailer has a large tailgating grill and a outdoor heater. The heater is used to keep the tailgate area warm in the winter.

More customizations ideas that have been discussed, but not yet done. Anybody want to be the first?

Attach hammock chairs instead of plastic seats

Attach mist system and cooling fan to keep your tailgate area cool
Attach a keg, portable bar, or other drink dispenser
Attach football throwing machine
Create an interface to allow driving your robot over the internet. Camera system (described above) would be used to see what the robot was doing.
